Ghizer Valley Flood Relief & Rebuild
📍 Ghizer Valley, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan
Project story
The Ghizer Valley in Gilgit-Baltistan was struck by devastating floods that destroyed between 150 and 200 homes, leaving countless families displaced and without shelter. In response, Plat-forum's.vi mobilized immediately to support the victims and begin the long process of rebuilding lives in the region. Since the floods, our team and community of donors have worked tirelessly to collect funds dedicated entirely to relief and reconstruction efforts in Ghizer. Every contribution goes directly toward rebuilding homes, restoring basic infrastructure, and providing displaced families with the resources they need to recover. This project represents one of our most urgent regional responses to date, and it continues to rely on the generosity of our community. We remain committed to standing with the people of Ghizer until every family has a safe home to return to.
